  • GelöstUTC

Some incoming bank transfers to Spanish (ES) IBANs were not processed due to an issue on Iberpay side, provider that processes payments in Spain. All is now fixed — transfers are now arriving as usual. If a transfer didn't go through, please retry it from your sending bank. Your money was safe throughout.

You might have trouble receiving bank transfers to your Spanish (ES) IBAN right now. We're aware and already working on a fix. In the meantime, card payments and outgoing transfers are working as usual. Thanks for your patience.
